Two new members have joined Tipp24 SE's executive board – the company's appointed Andreas Keil as chief financial officer and Dr Hans Cornehl as Executive Board Chairman.
Keil (49) built his experience base as CFO of H&R AG, a specialty chemical company, and as managing director within the U.S. ConocoPhillips Groups.
On the other hand, Dr Hans Cornehl served as the sole member of the Executive Board of Tipp24 SE, so this is actually his re-election for another term.
