Operator Camelot says the payouts will be bigger and Saturday's average jackpot will increase from £4.1 million to £5 million.
Matching three numbers will now pay £25 instead of the £10 previously offered. A four number match also increases from £60 to £100.
The bad news is that a five number match will now payout £1,000, a £500 decrease, and five numbers plus the bonus ball goes from £100,000 to £50,000.
There will be two £10 million jackpot draws scheduled for 5 and 12 October to celebrate the launch of this new lottery.
Camelot UK managing director Andy Duncan says the changes will "give players more ways to win more money".
