Are Play OJO Bingo’s ‘Instant Withdrawals’ Fast? Find Out Here

New Withdrawal System Gets the LBB Treatment!

Hey LBB’ers, I’m here to tell you Play OJO Bingo now support faster withdrawals and according to the website, you can expect “your wins within a few mins,” so we decided to test the new ‘fast funds’ process to see just how quick it is. Are you better off switching to Visa Debit for withdrawals or is PayPal still the best way to receive your funds? Stick with us as we find out!

Logging into Play OJO on Friday evening, the first thing I noticed was the promise of quicker withdrawals. I hate having to wait days for my money so decided to give it a try. I usually use PayPal to fund and withdraw from my account as it takes on average 12-hours to process any withdrawals. I attempted to use my debit card on Friday and despite being a registered player since 2017 with a fully verified account, my transaction was denied.

There I was scratching my head wondering what had happened…

…when a message appeared on screen prompting me to send a photo of my debit card. The strange thing is, I had used that debit card numerous times before, but for me to be able to make a deposit and play games, I had to submit that photo evidence. Snapping my card and disguising the middle 8-digits, I uploaded the image via the upload form and waited to be verified (again!).

And it Continues

A whole 24-hours after I wanted to play and claim bonus spins, I receive an email saying the document I supplied had passed all relevant checks and I was now able to carry on playing. Saturday evening, I decided to see just how quick that faster withdrawal claim was by making a Visa Debit deposit and a withdrawal. After playing for 30-mins, I headed to the cashier and requested to cash out the sum of £50. Was my request processed “within mins” or “instantly”? Sadly not!

On Sunday morning I received my withdrawal, taking a whole 12-hours to process! What happened to the claim of it being instant or within mins? The Visa Debit ‘faster withdrawals’ process is no different to that of PayPal, where once verified the funds are available immediately! The waiting time is down to how quickly the Play OJO crew get around to actioning it and it’s never quick. Having played for four years, the quickest withdrawal time I have experienced is 12-hours.

What’s the Verdict?

The small print on the new faster withdrawal advert says: “Withdrawals are subject to approval by Play OJO customer team. Once approved, your withdrawal will be received instantly. No minimal withdrawals. Occasional delays may occur during weekends. Participating banks only.” The thing is, you’re just as likely to receive a delay mid-week as you are from Friday to Monday! In fact, in my experience, mid-week withdrawals take just as long if not longer to verify!

Are you better off switching to Visa Debit for faster withdrawals? My honest opinion is if you’re currently using a deposit method other than PayPal I would say yes, but if you already use PayPal – stick to it because there is no difference in waiting time and you may have to verify yourself once again before being able to carry on!
