Mecca Bingo Bringing ‘Mecca Fest’ Promo to Clubs Around the UK

If you’re a regular to LBB, you’ll know there’s a huge bingo bash coming to the UK and it’s all courtesy of Mecca Bingo. In a couple of months, Mecca Fest will get underway in Blackpool and not only will there be a star-studded line-up of celebs walking the red carpet, many online bingo players will too.

For one night only…

…live entertainment is to be hosted by ex-Eastenders star Joe Swash along with music, food, drinks and the chance to win a share of £100K! The promotional video has been doing the rounds on our television screens and social media since mid-January.

“Are you guys ready for a party? I’m here at Blackpool’s Tower ballroom to tell you about the most fun, crazy, bingo night the UK has ever seen. This unique venue will be transformed on the 30th May 2020 and you could be here too alongside myself and some amazing music acts and celebrities…

…plus, we’re going to be giving away £100,000 worth of bingo prizes on the night. So, if you fancy a good party and a bit of the action, just visit the online bingo site.”

How to Win

There were originally only two ways to get your name into the draw to win tickets to the Mecca Bingo event and these are as follows:

• Play spinner for free every day until March 31^st to win tickets throughout March
• Play in the main event bingo room from Monday to Thursday, between 8-9pm from March 2^nd until April 30^th

Now, there’s a third way to get your name into the draws – your local Mecca Bingo club. Details of the venues can be found on the website. From Feb 24^th, members will be able to take part in a special Mecca Fest bingo game for just £1, and this game delivers double the stated cash prizes and the ‘chance’ to attend the event in Blackpool, along with 800 other bingo winners.

The Line-Up

Hosted by charismatic TV personality Joe Swash, Mecca Fest will also welcome heart-throb Peter Andre or as I like to call him; six-pack man! BBC Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills, the singing trio; Sister Sledge, Tristan and Kristina from BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing and Rak-Su; the four-piece group from Watford who won the X-Factor in 2017 with more than 50% of the votes.

There is one performance yet to be revealed…

…but there are other celebs we already know about; Katie McGlynn aka Sinead Tinker (the ex-Coronation Street actress), TOWIE’s Bobby Norris, Duncan James from the 90’s boyband Blue, Charlotte Church from MTV’s Geordie Shore plus Georgia Harrison and Jack Fincham also from TOWIE.

Kelvin fletcher who once graced our screens playing the role of Andy Sugden in Emmerdale will also be here, along with Michael Griffiths from ITV’s Love Island and Nathan Henry who also shot to fame in Geordie Shore.
