It’s that time of the year again where we feel obliged to wear jumpers that are shall we say, over the top. From twinkling tinsel to festive baubles, Christmas jumpers and December go hand in hand, but this year, one bingo company is ditching the usual jumpers for something a little more tongue-in-cheek and it’s all in aid of charity!
Buzz Bingo is aiming to have the ‘breast’ Christmas ever with their newly launched bingo balls jumper and 100% of the proceeds will go straight to the Pink Ribbon Foundation – a very-worthy breast cancer charity. Designed by the largest UK bingo operator, the Buzz Bingo jumper is striking red with a hem of snowflakes, Santa’s and bingo dabbers (as well as the iconic bingo logo), but the major attraction is the two big bingo balls that sit slap bang in the middle of the chest!
Have a (Bingo!) Ball
The handmade festive jumper is exclusive to Etsy and will set you back just £10 with sizes ranging from small to large! Forget embarrassing Christmas jumpers this year, because if you buy one of these, not only will you be supporting a breast cancer charity, but you’ll be guaranteed your jumper long before Christmas day!
Harry Lang, Marketing Director at Buzz Bingo said: “We’re really happy to be supporting the Pink Ribbon Foundation this year through the sale of our funky Christmas jumpers. At Buzz Bingo we’re all about supporting our communities and ensuring people feel cared for, and if we can do that while putting a smile on people’s faces then so much the better. I’ll be wearing mine come December and I can’t wait to see other people wearing theirs, too.”
The Pink Ribbon Foundation is a grant making trust providing financial support to many charities in the UK and they’re on a mission to help fund even more projects in a bid to relive the needs of those who are suffering from now or in the past, from the effects of breast cancer. Whether you have a Buzz Bingo near you or not, they’re encouraging players to put on their favourite festive jumpers on December 11th - it doesn’t have to be one of their own and donate £1 to the charity, details of which can be found on the website.
Lisa Allen, Head of Corporate Partnerships, says: “The Pink Ribbon Foundation are delighted to partner with Buzz Bingo to raise money and awareness in the lead up to the festive season. We love the bingo balls jumper which is a fun reminder to everyone to regularly check their breasts / pecks. Early detection is so important as it is associated with an increased number of available treatment options, increased survival, and improved quality of life. We hope everyone will support the campaign and wear their support”.
Don’t forget, the £1m Christmas spinner is still very much underway with guaranteed prizes to be won each day – and there’s no deposit required! Will you win bonus spins on a festive number, free bingo tickets, £100 in cash or a top prize of a £3K tech bundle? Well, you can’t win unless you’re in!

What a fabulous thing to do! I’ve seen people moaning about the number on the balls but it’s there to represent Christmas day – a 25 and a 12! I would’ve bought one, but they’ve already sold out of my size.
