When I registered I checked all the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, etc.. and there was nothing mentioned there that my country was blacklisted whatsoever. I asked support if I need to deposit to make a withdrawal, they said yes. The next day I tried to login but my account was blocked and I had an e-mail from them stating that my country is not allowed due to current legislation, ok, but I've read the T&C, there was nothing there and I spent 1 week dealing trough e-mails telling them that my country has nothing against online gambling and since there's nothing in the T&C about it, I want my account unlocked and to be able to withdraw my winnings. After that long week with numerous attempts of getting my account unlocked I finally got to an agreement with them. Had to send them the current legislation of my country which has nothing against online gambling. But they should've put a list with not allowed countries in their T&C, most sites have it so you won't register in vain. That was theirs/mine main problem, after that I was able to register a credit card, deposit and withdraw my winnings, I even come back with a second deposit because they had nice games.
