Presenting itself as a fun and exciting place to play mobile games, UK Bingo ended up among bingo rooms to be tested not only for this but for many other reasons. As you’ve realized by now, our team simply cannot resist investigating whether services offered by various operators are as advertised.

UK Bingo Overview
As the name itself hints, UK Bingo is a UK-friendly online bingo platform with quite an attractive selection of bingo games and slot machines. With partners such as Gold Coins Studios, Eyecon, Foxium, Hacksaw Gaming, Crazy Tooth Studio, Area Vegas, 1x2 Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Gameburger, and many more, players can be sure that there will always be more than enough options to choose from.
Accredited on behalf of two renowned gambling institutions, namely the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, the platform has a strong focus on responsible gambling practices. Its RNG has been certified externally by a leading industry-independent testing company NMI.
On top of a dedicated page with a plethora of handy tools, the operator has multiple options for communication with the customer support department- live chat, phone, and e-mail.
Registration
To get the journey started, the tester needed to register first. Upon pressing the “Sign-up” button, he completed a simple 3-step process, becoming a member of UK Bingo in less than 2 minutes.
During the final stage of registration, the tester confirmed that he’s 18 or over, and accepted the Terms & Conditions. In the third stage of registration, consumers can select whether they are interested in receiving exclusive promos and bonuses via e-mail or SMS, but our tester wasn’t interested in any of those.
Shortly after, a welcome mail arrived, letting the tester know that he was officially a member of UK Bingo.
A detail from Terms worth mentioning is that personal data are retained for a period of one year after the account is closed. That’s great because some operators tend to keep private data for much longer periods, such as 3 years or even up to 6 years.
The operator has the right to refuse any application without being obliged to provide a reason for such a decision.
Deposit
As soon as he finished signing up, the tester decided to add funds to his casino account, so to be able to explore versatile games.
According to the cashier, the sum he was eligible to select needed to be between GBP 5 and GBP 233.32. The tester decided to deposit GBP 150 via Trustly and selected to proceed without a bonus.
Immediately upon completing his request to replenish the account, the tester was notified that the funds were held in separate bank accounts, for the sake of compliance with rules established by the Gambling Commission.
A couple of seconds later, he was notified that the transaction was processed successfully. The funds became visible instantly after confirmation.
Available deposit options include VISA debit and MasterCard debit, as well as MuchBetter, Trustly, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, and Pay by Bank. Worth noting is that the cashier comes with an option to select a predeterminedamount when depositing. The options include GBP 200, GBP 100, GBP 50 and GBP 20.
“5. VERIFYING YOUR ACCOUNT
[…] If we cannot satisfactorily complete our age and identity verification process prior to your first deposit, you will be required to provide personal identification documents to further confirm and validate your age and identity. Such documents may include (but may not be limited to): a passport or driving licence, a current utility bill or a bank or card statement. You will not be able to deposit any money into your Account until we are able to verify your identity. […]”
Despite what this rule says, our tester wasn’t required to submit documents for ID verification at any of the stages of the investigation.
Gameplay
Having finished the first two phases of the test without a single issue, the tester went on to explore some slot games. His first port of call was Secret Garden by Eyecon, followed by Reel King from Inspired Entertainment.
Following a duet of digital one-armed bandits, the tester decided to try luck with some bingo games. The first thing he did was typing in a chat name, after which he accessed Snowball Blast, Zoom Room, and Drop Pots.
When it comes to playing games style, keep in mind that certain behaviors are classified as prohibited practices. This includes but is not limited to Martingale, Labouchère, and Fibonacci betting strategies, the placement of more than 25% of your initial deposit as one bet or wager, volatility or arbitrage-based betting, and so on.
Withdrawal
Having explored several slots and bingo games, the tester went on to cash out. He made a request to withdraw GBP 65.41 via Bank Transfer.
Even though he didn’t untick the box to be notified when the withdrawal request was processed, no e-mail was sent on behalf of the operator. Luckily, the funds arrived a day later.
As far as noted by the cashier, the minimum amount permitted to cash out is GBP 10. Withdrawals of less than £30 are subject to a £1.50 processing fee. Cashouts are always returned via the same method as the one used for deposit.
Withdrawal requests that exceed GBP 10,000 will be divided into monthly increments of GBP 10K or less. The operator reserves the right to process payment of Jackpot amounts over £10,000 by Bank Transfer.
Players should be aware of the following:
“9. YOUR FUNDS – DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
[…] We reserve the right to refuse any type of payment method for any reason, regardless of whether previous payments have been processed to or from a particular payment method, or if that payment method is usually accepted in respect of any customer. […]”
Conclusion
All things considered, it was ajourney without a single issue. The operator performed well in all key stages of the test, completing everything in a maximally short period.
