Sent my documentation which was verified about 2 days later... I waited 4 weeks (20 business days) and they have not done anything, -not contacted me, -not updated the status, -not processed the withdrawal. I contacted support each day over the next 10 days and each time was told the same story after being asked to check and make sure it was not already processed.. Eventually out of nowhere it was processed after about 6 weeks. $100 into my Neteller. So terrible support aside the ND bonus with 3x WR is FOR REAL. Terrible Support, but EPIC bonus.

If you are not a depositor at the site there is only one Bingo room for non-depositors. I played five games and lost all of the $20.00. I tried Bingo Flash's free Bingo room and no better luck. Players in the free room only get five cards to play for a pot of .01; not very much fun against 81 other players. I did check Bingo Flash's Casino. The Casino is separate from the Bingo rooms. In fact, players at Bingo Flash have to have two separate funding accounts.
